Very disgusting experience! Paid for 10 blow drys in cash. The owner sold the salon to someone. No information was given to the client. I call the Jlt branch and was told the salon is sold and to contact the owner/ manager Imad. Called him he asked me to go to Donatello branch, went there and was asked to go Pullman branch, was made to run between Pullman-Donatello- ibis no gain. The management is unprofessional! No customer service orientation, I m cheated my money was never refunded nor was servicegiven ! Imad, Rafi all are crooks! Don’t recommend this Salon to anyone
